As an CHO/health professional, I want to initiate the linking of patient health records to their ABHA number as per ABDM M2 protocols, so that patients’ health data is linked to their unified health account for continuity of care.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • ABHA Input: CHO can enter or scan a valid ABHA number during patient interaction.
      • Validation: ABHA number is validated through ABDM Gateway.
      • Consent Capture: If no consent exists, system initiates consent capture (e.g., mobile OTP or offline paper-based flow).
      • Record Selection: CHO can select specific patient records to link.
      • Linking Confirmation: System displays success message and stores transaction reference.
      • Error Handling: Invalid ABHA or failed linking triggers error messages with retry options.
