1. Log in to the Assam admin URL with valid credentials
2. go to activities- outreach master- zone master- zone list
3. service line and state coming in the drop down but zone data not coming
4. Also- while mapping user-parking place under configuration-outreach configuration-user-parking-place mapping

Expected Behavior- zone details should be displayed in the drop down

Current Behavior- No data available in the 'zone' drop down.
