As a healthcare provider, I want to send prescriptions via SMS to beneficiaries, so that they receive timely and accessible information about their chief complaint and medication.
Acceptance Criteria:
SMS Trigger Point:
- SMS should be triggered upon successful generation or finalization of a prescription within the MMU App.
SMS Content:
- SMS must include key prescription details: medicine name(s), dosage, frequency, and duration.
- Include sender details such as the MMU team name or health center (if applicable).
- Ensure the message fits within the standard SMS character limit (160 characters).
Beneficiary Details:
- The beneficiary’s mobile number must be retrieved from their profile.
- If no number is available, an error log should be generated and the provider notified.
Delivery Confirmation:
- System should log successful/failed SMS delivery status for audit and support.
