Description:
When users attempt to download the Yearly Inventory Report, the file takes significantly longer than expected to become available. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the Yearly Report section in the application.

1. Attempt to download the yearly inventory report file.

1. Observe the time taken for the download process to start and complete.

Expected Result:
The yearly report should begin downloading promptly (within a few seconds) upon request.

Actual Result:
There is a noticeable delay before the report file download starts and/or is completed.
