In the Inventory Service section of the HWC application, users are unable to select a facility from the dropdown.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to HWC(User-uat20) at https://assamuat.piramalswasthya.org/aam-inventory

1. Go to Inventory Service.

1. Attempt to select a facility from the dropdown.

Expected Result:
The Facility dropdown should open and allow the user to select a facility from the list.

Actual Result:
The Facility dropdown is unresponsive and does not show any list or allow selection.
