This task is related to Beneficiary death reporting API and db changes, as per below mentioned requirements:
As an ASHA I am the first informer to report about deaths my community to the relevant authorities. So that there should be an option to update the 'Beneficiary status' as "death" in the edit Beneficiary.
following are the relevant new fields should be updated for reporting about death of a Beneficiary in the edit Beneficiary section:

Acceptance Criteria:
- This option is applicable in the Edit Beneficiary only
- If "Death" is selected, update the Beneficiary record, with “Date of Death”, "Place of Death", “Time of Death” and "Reason for Death” in Beneficiary table and sync to AMRIT
- If “Death” is reported, then show this record in Death Reports
- Show this record in the ‘Death’ register section
- Indicate as ‘Death’ on the card with Icon & record should not be editable
- Auto-populate, if ‘Death’ is reported from ANC or Delivery Outcome or PNC or Child sections
