In the General OPD (QC) module of the HWC application, after the doctor submits the provisional diagnosis field, the form does not proceed further and cannot be submitted. This issue is blocking the completion of the patient visit process.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login as a doctor in HWC.

1. Navigate to the General OPD (QC) module.

1. Fill in the provisional diagnosis field and submit.

1. Observe that the form cannot be submitted further.

Expected Result:
Form should be successfully submitted after provisional diagnosis is entered and saved.

Actual Result:
Form submission fails after provisional diagnosis field is filled.
