As an admin, I am unable to load or select the SMS type while attempting to create a new template. The dropdown or field for SMS type remains empty or unresponsive, preventing completion of the user creation process.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in as an admin.
- Navigate to the "Configuration" screen "SMS Configuration".
- Attempt to select an SMS type.
Expected Result:
SMS type dropdown should populate with available options and allow selection.
Actual Result:
The SMS type field remains empty or fails to load, blocking user creation.
Impact:
This issue prevents admins from creating new users who require SMS configuration.
