In the Feedback System of the CO module under 1097, the Consent functionality is not working properly. Due to this issue, feedback entries where consent is provided are not moving to the Outbound Worklist, which blocks the outbound calling process.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the CO module and open the Feedback System.

1. Attempt to capture and submit feedback with consent.

1. Observe that even after saving, the record does not appear in the Outbound Worklist.

Expected Result:
Upon providing consent in the feedback form, the entry should move to the outbound worklist for call allocation.

Actual Result:
Consent status is either not recorded correctly or not triggering the workflow to move the record to the outbound worklist.
