Issue:Benificiary registration is not working.

Steps to reproduce:
login to hwc
go to registration screen
enter all mandatory fields
click on submit

Expected behaviour:
BEnificiaary should get registered successfully

Actual result
Getting an error prompt- issue in saving benificiary
