As a Medical Officer/Doctor/CHO, I want to see a dropdown of provisional diagnoses while typing, so that I can quickly select the correct diagnosis without having to search manually, improving speed and accuracy during patient entry.

Acceptance Criteria:

• When the MO/Doctor/CHO starts typing in the "Provisional Diagnosis" field, a dropdown appears with matching suggestions based on input.
• The dropdown should show relevant diagnosis names pulled from the master diagnosis list.
• The suggestions should appear in real-time (with minimal delay) after entering 2 or more characters.
• The dropdown should support both partial and full keyword matching.
• The final selected diagnosis should populate the field and be stored correctly in the database.
