Update the Get Work Location Mapping API to reflect. 

Acceptance Criteria:

• teleConsultation is returned in the response payload of the "Get Work Location Mapping" API.

• isSanjeevani is removed from the response payload.

• All internal references (model, service, response mapping) are updated accordingly.

• Backward compatibility is not required (or handled if needed).

• Relevant unit and integration tests are updated or added.

• Postman collection and API documentation are updated.
