Prod_Assam_Admin_HWC_service point created successfully but not getting retrieved

      Step to reproduce

      1. Login into hwc admin with valid credential
      2. Go to activities- Servicepoint master
      3. Create service point and save

      Expected scenario- After service point saved successfully, it should show on UI

      Current scenario- create and save service point, not retrieve the saved data, and the page also does not move back.
