Hi

The drop down list in the 104 MO closure page is not showing. It impact the call closure and MOs are nit able to close the calls.

Steps to reproduce-

1. log in to 104 URL(Assam Prod) with valid credentials
2. complete the flow and move forward to closer page

Expected Scenario- drop down should be come properly and call can close properly

Current Scenario- sometimes drop down not coming, other error also coming.
