ECD_ASSAM_PROD_Newly created Call Centre ID not working

      Step to reproduce

      1. login with provider admin
      2. Create a new user under Employee Master
      3. Do the required work location mapping
      4. Go to service line login page
      5. you'll get password reset page to change the password.

      Expected scenario- password reset should work properly then user can login into the application(ECD)

      Current Scenario- while selecting questions and answers and submitting, getting 5002 error.(user not exist or not active)
