HWC-Inventory:Patient issue withou rx:On fetching the ben id we are getting an error prompt

Steps to reproduce
Login to hwc inventory
Select patient issue without rx screen
Fetch the record using ben id

Expected behaviour:
User should be able to to fetch the records successfully

Actual behaviour
On fetching ben id ,we are getting an error prompt
