Issue :On loading the store adjustment screen ,we are getting an error prompt
Steps to reproduce
Login to Hwc-inventory
Select subtores/mainstore facility
Click on pharmascist dropdown and select store consumption

Expected behaviour:
User should be redirected to store consumption screen successfully

Actual result:
Getting an error prompt on loading Store consumption page
