Cancer screening :casesheet details are not loading

Steps to reproduce
Register a benificiary
complete the nurse and doctor flows with cancer screening service
click on the record in doctr worklist and view the casesheet

Expected result
All the case sheet details should get patched

Actual result
Case sheet details are not getting patched
