issue:Cancer screening: Doctor: lymph nodes data is not patching

Steps to reproduce
Register a benificiary
complete the nurse flow with cancer screening service (give lymph node data unser examination section)
Go to doctor and verify lymph node data

Expected behaviour:
Lymph node data given in nurse should get patched

Actual result
Lymph node data given in nurse is not getting patched
