      issue::ANC:Css for disgnosis is not proper

      Steps to reproduce
      Login to mmu application
      select a benificiary
      Complete the nurse flow with Anc service
      go to doctor
      verify diagnosis in case record section

      Actual result
      Css is not proper in diagnosis
