Issue
Ncd screeninng doctor submit is not working

Steps to reproduce
login to mmu web application
register a benificiary
complete the nurse flow
go to doctor ,raise a investigation
complete the lab procedure and go to doctor again
click on update button

Expected behaviour
Data should be saved successfully

Actual result
Getting an error prompt on update click
