      Issue:Files uploaded from doctor is not visible after completing lab procedure.

      Steps to reproduce
      Login to web application
      register a benificiary age >=30
      complete the nurse flow with ncd screening service
      Go to doctor
      upload a file
      Raise a investigation and complete the lab procedure
      Go to doctor and check uploaded files

      Expected behaviour
      Files uploaded from doctor should be visible after completing lab procedure

      Actual result
      Files uploaded from doctor is not visible after completing lab procedure
      The files that are uploaded from nurse only displaying
