Issue:
Not navigating to pharmascist on clicking on record

Steps to reproduce
Register a benificiary
complete the nurse flow
go to doctor
raise the prescription and complete the doctor flow
Go to pharmascist
click on record

Expected behaviour:
User should be naviated to pharmascist and should be able to dispaatch medicine successfully

Actual result
User is not navigating to pharmascist.
