Issue
Able to select both none and other under menstrual history problems dropdowns in history section

Steps to reproduce
Login to mmu web application
register a female benificiary
proceede with nurse
Go to history section and click on menstrual histoy
Try selecting both none and other under menstrual problems related dropdowns

Expected behaviour:
It should not allow to select both None and other

Actual result
It is alloawing to select both none and other
