As a user, I want a search option for Village, Block, and other criteria during the registration process, admin village search and when tracking medicines to streamline the process and ensure accurate data entry.

- The registration form should have dropdowns or searchable input fields for the following parameters:

- The system should suggest available villages and blocks as the user starts typing, minimizing data entry errors.
- Search UI Elements for Medicine Tracking:

- When registering or updating the beneficiary’s medicine details, the user should be able to filter by Medicine list

- The system should also allow the user to link the medicine records to the relevant beneficiary based on the filtered search.
- Clear Filters and Reset:

- Include a "Clear All Filters" button during both registration and medicine tracking processes to reset all applied search criteria.
- This helps the user start a new search or registration without manually clearing the fields.
