Issue:Ben details are not patching on left panel of the screen in family tagging

Steps to reproduce
Login to hwc web application
Search a benificiary
click on edit
click on family tagging

Expected behaviour
In family tagging screen,the ben details should get patched on left pannel

Actual result:
In family tagging screen,the ben details is not getting patched on left pannel
