Steps to reproduce
Login to inventory
add stock from physical stock entry
Login to HWc web application
Complete nurse flow
go to doctor and try adding same medicine under prescription

Expected behaviour:
The stock added in inventory should get reflect in presctiption(hwc)

Actual behaviour
The stock added in inventoryis not getting reflected in presctiption(hwc)
