      We need to ease the process for selection of chief complaint.

      • Reason for visit - the most common is the "New chief complaint". Ensure this comesĀ  first; the rest can be alphabetical after a divider
      • "Follow-up" must be renamed to "Revisit".
      • Visit Category - General, OPD and QC must come first
      • Segregate in following sections:
        • "New Chief Complaint" => QC followed by OPD
        • ANC, PNC, and other services must be "Services".
        • NCD, Covid, Cancer will go to "Screening"
