      Issue: After call closure ,in call allocation screen Record didn’t move to anm, instead associate count increased and record is seen no where again

      Steps to reproduce:
      Land the call in anm
      submit the questionnaire with hrp-no
      close the call with calldisconnected- no, isfurthercallreq -yes, selected preferred language is not mapped to current agent

      expected behaviour:
      Record should move to other anm

      Actual result:
      Record didn’t move to anm, instead associate count increased and record is seen no where again.
