Issue:
ANM: If HRP-no, calldisconnected -yes, isfurthercallrequired -yes, though selected preferred language is mapped to current agent. On call closure, record is not staying in anm worklist. It is moving to call allocation screen

Steps to reproduce
login to anm
land the call
submit the questionnaire with hrp-no
in call closue screen select calldisconnected -yes, isfurthercallrequired -yes, and select preferred language that is mapped to current agent.
click on submit

Expected behaviour:
If call disconnected "yes", means call is not completed and will remain same in the ANM worklist.

Actual result:
On call closure, record is not staying in anm worklist. It is moving to call allocation screen
