In the Supervisor Module, under the Configuration section, when a user adds a new Disease Summary, the system displays a success message but added entry does not appear in the list.

Expected Behavior:

• Upon saving a new Disease Summary, it should be immediately visible in the list.

Actual Behavior:

• User receives “Data saved” confirmation.

• The Disease Summary does not appear in the list after saving.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Supervisor Module > Configuration > Disease Summary.

1. Fill in the form to add a new Disease Summary.

1. Click “Save”.

1. Observe the “Data saved” message.

1. Check the list and note that the new entry is missing.
