      In the Supervisor module, an issue is occurring in the Agent Status section and while downloading Telephony Reports. The system is returning an error message indicating an invalid OTP, even though OTP authentication is not relevant for this operation.

      Expected Behavior:

      • Telephony Reports should download without error or validating an OTP.
      • Agent status data should be displayed correctly without triggering any authentication error.

      Actual Behavior:

      • On attempting to access telephony reports, an error message referencing an invalid OTP is shown.
      • Data is not downloaded.
