“Next” Button Not Enabled for Previously Registered Beneficiary After Landing Call in HAO

      After landing a call in the HAO module, when selecting a previously registered beneficiary, the “Next” button remains disabled

      Expected Behavior:
      Once a previously registered beneficiary is selected, the “Next” button should become enabled, allowing the user to move forward in the workflow.

      Actual Behavior:
      The “Next” button stays disabled even after selecting a valid previously registered beneficiary, blocking further navigation.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Land a call in the HAO module.
      1. Select a previously registered beneficiary from the list.
      1. Attempt to click the “Next” button.
      1. Observe that the button is disabled and cannot be used.
