      Users are experiencing issues when attempting to download documents from the "Counseling Sheet - Current Visit" section within the CO Module.

      Expected Behavior:
      When a user clicks to download a document from the Counseling Sheet under "Current Visit," the document should download successfully without errors.

      Actual Behavior:
      Download attempts produce an error message. Users are unable to retrieve documents.
