We are encountering an error while attempting to link the care context mapping in the Health and Wellness Center (HWC) module.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the HWC module.

1. Attempt to link care context with the patient’s ABHA ID.

1. Observe the error during the mapping/linking process.

Expected Result:
Care context should be successfully linked with the ABHA ID without any errors.

Actual Result:
An error is thrown preventing the linkage process.
