Description:Call allocation issue in MO:Count is not updating in MO worklist

steps to reproduce:
Login to ecd application as supervisor
Go to call allocation screen
Allocate n num of records to MO
Login to Mo
check the count of number of records in Mo worklist

Expected behaviour
In Mo worklist the count ie. number of records should get updated

Actual behaviour:
No of records is not updating
Allocated records are not reflecting in anm/mo worklist
