In the FLW APP, New Registration API throwing error

Steps to Reproduce:

Log in to the FLW application
Navigate New Beneficiary Registration.
Submit record for new Registration
Expected Behavior:
Beneficiary should sync with server

Actual Behavior:
It is not syncing
