Description:
Performance Issue:Call allocation screen :After submit click it is taking more than 30ses time to fetch the data.

Steps to reproduce
login to ecd as supervisor
Go to call allocation screen
Select record type,phone number type ,enter date range and click on submit

Expected behaviour
Data fetching should not take too long

Actual behaviour:
After submit,it is taking more than 30s to load the data.
