Predictive dailer-able to save Preview window time(in sec) with out of range values

Steps to reproduce
login to ecd as supervisor
go to predictive dailer screen
enter preview window time with out of range values and check the checkbox

Expected behaviour
User should not be able to save preview window time with out of range values

Actual behaviour
User is able to save preview window time with out of range values
