Data is not binding for the fields-Template name,sms type ,sms template

Steps to reproduce
Login to ecd as superviosr
go to sms template
click on view button of any existing template

Expected behaviour
the details for all the fields should get binded properly

Actual behaviour:
Data is not binding for the fields-Template name,sms type ,sms template
