      Description:
      SMS TEMPLATE: Create template: Select parameter is not loading once after adding record

      Steps to reproduce
      Login to ecd as supervisor
      got to sms template
      click on create new template
      Enter Template name,SMStype,Sms template and click on Add button
      Select parameter type dropdown,value type,value and add to the table
      Try clicking on Select parameter dropdown again

      Actual Behaviour:
      No data is loading under parameter type dropdown
