Description:Call allocation is not working
Steps to reproduce
Login to ecd application as supervisor
Go to call allocation screen
Select Record type,phone num type ,enter date range and click on submit
Click on allocate button for introductory
Select role,allocate to and enter allocate no .of records
click on allocate button.
Fetch the records again and check the count of records for introductory
Expected behaviour
Records count should get decreased as per allocation done previously
Actual behaviour
count remains same irrespective of allocation
