      Description:
      ClarificationRequired:Chief complaints is not showing for Genopd Qc,ncd care and ncd screening

      Steps to reproduce:
      Login to hwc application
      register a benificiary
      proceede with nurse flow
      select visit category and service as Genopd qc/ncd care/ncd screening

      Actual behaviour:When seleted service as gen opd wc/ncd care/ncd screening , chief complaints tab is not displaying.
