Description:Previousvisit details:Preview/print is not working

Steps to reproduce:
Login to HWc application
take the revisit record
complete the nurse flow
go to doctor -case record-click on previous history details
click on preview/print

Expected behaviour:
User should be able to preview/print the previous history case sheet

Actual behaviour:
On preview/print click user is navigating to blank tab
