Unable to Connect Agent ID with Softphone – No Users Visible or Add Option in Admin Module (104 Application)

       Agent IDs cannot be connected to the Softphone system. Additionally, no users are visible in the Admin interface, and there is no option available to add new users, which is blocking operations.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into the 104 application as an Admin.
      1. Navigate to the Configuration->User-Role Agent ID Mapping section.
      1. Observe that no user records are visible.
      1. No Option to add the Users.

      Expected Behavior:
      connect Agent IDs with the softphone, Admin should be able to view the list of users, and have the option to add or manage users.

      Actual Behavior:
      The Agent ID cannot be linked to the softphone, No users are listed in the module, and the UI lacks any option to add new users.
