Description:Registration:FamilyTagging:Search family is not working

Steps to reproduce
login to hwc web app
register a benificiary
search the benificiary and click on edit
click on family tagging
click on Sarch family and enter the inputs
Click on submit

Expected behavoiur:
On submit click,family should be fetched successfully

Actual behaviour:
No response on pageload
