Description:
Create family under family tagging is not working

Steps to reproduce:
login to hwc web app
register a benificiary
search the benificiary and click on edit
click on family tagging
click on create family and enter the inputs
Click on submit

Expected behavoiur:
On submit click,family should be created successfully

Actual behaviour:
Getting an errro prompt with html tags
