      Description
      Doctor:final diagnosis is not getting binded after lab submit.

      Steps to reproduce:
      Login to hwc web app
      register a benificiary and complete the nurse flow with ncd screening service
      Go to doctor, give final diagnosis ,raise a investigation unser case record
      complete the lab flow and go to doctor again

      Actual behaviour:
      Final diagnosis is not getting binded.
