Description
PNC:Under diagnosis-date of death is not getting binded hence Doctor submit failed

Steps to reproduce:
Login to hwc web application
register a benificiary
complete the nurse flow with pnc service
go to doctor
under final diagnosis ,select metrnal death as yes
fill the relative details-place of death,date of death
raise a investigation
complete the lab flow and go to doctor again
Try clicking on update

Expected behaviour
Final disgnosis should get patched and should be able to submit doctor

Actual behaviour:
Date of death is not binding under final diagnosis and on update click we are getting the error prompt-Failed parsing.
