Nurse/docotr:After clicking on hrp status button under obestric examination,the result text is being overwriting by other buttons

Steps to reproduce
Login to hwc appliacation
register a benificiary and proceede with nurse flow
go to examination sectionand click on obestric examination
Click on hrp status

Expected behaviour:
The result text should be displayed clearly

Actual behaviour
The result text is being overwriting by other buttons
